That Wasn't What She Said At All

I thought she'd said of the sky, "Azure." So I said of the sun, "Lemon Spark."
"That seals it." She tossed the ring. "I'm sure."

Here's my try at hint nonfiction, Robert:

"Daltrey looked tan, fit, with perfect teeth. He was really nice,” I told my friend,
"… shopping with his daughter."

"He doesn't have one," she replied.
